Features:
- When create ticket from queue, the Description of the charge now gets added to the Ticket. Works in EVOLVE, ALTITUDE, and Virtual Billers.
- Tickets: now displays Description in addition to Charge Code. Description comes from what was selected in the billing modules, and corresponds to the BillingText, not the Label.
- Tickets: now displays RVU. Based upon DOS and Charge Code. Pulls from standard table published yearly from CMS. Overrides (for now) any RVU placed in the billing modules.
- Tickets > Ticket Editor: shows charge, description RVU. If user wishes to edit the charge, click the EDIT button, start typing code or description into search box, and auto-complete presents with matching results. Results have a combination of Code + Description. If user selects new code + description, it will replace the existing code + description. RVU will automatically re-calculate. All actions saved in Ticket Log.
- Tickets > Ticket Editor: if add or remove modifier, the RVU will re-calculate, since this can affect the RVU.
- Queue Chart Linking – similar to EVOLVE, it now searches both the EHR and HC Database
- In Tickets: Charge Code now displayed on the left panel patient card
- In Tickets: Sort by Charge is now an option
