ChargeChecker Enhancement
In each patient popup window, there is a detailed account of the hospitalization grouped by date, with a summary of corresponding charges. Ability to create OverRide placeholders on dates with no charges. If a patient is discharged with charge gaps, and is on the ChargeChecker report, and the gaps are filled (by providers or RCM staff), if there are no gaps remaining, the patient will automatically be removed from the ChargeChecker report.
New Log In Screen
The link to the login screen has not changed. It is: https://evolvelogin.hybridchart.com
However, anyone who has BOOKMARKED the previous login screen may see a blank screen. They need to reset their Bookmark.
The login screen can always be accessed using the following shortcuts:

The new login screen has links to the New User experience, and the Trouble Logging In solution.
These links always point to the most current version, as versions may change.
New User Experience
When a new user account is created, email address and mobile number are both now required fields.
In the introduction email sent to users, this will contain their USERNAME and PRACTICEKEY.
The link at the bottom of the email takes them to the current version of the New User Experience.
To activate their account here are the steps:
- Select EVOLVE if they are not taken directly from the main menu to the EVOLVE screen
- Enter username and practicekey
- If account located, they need to validate email and mobile
- Code will be sent to email address on file and needs to be entered and validated
- Code will be sent to mobile number on file and needs to be entered and validated
- Users will now have the opportunity to create a password
- Please note that the password criteria have changed and now require at least 1 special character (list of appropriate characters included on screen)
Trouble Logging In Solution
Updated solution with same feel as new login screen and new user experience.
From the main screen you can select from:
- Forgot Username (they receive email if account found and matches)
- Forgot Password (can reset password with email or mobile)
- Forgot PracticeKey (information on how to obtain practicekey - nothing sent to them)
- New User (directs to current version of New User Experience)
- Expired Password (can reset password with email or mobile)
- Support (phone, email, link to library)
Password Criteria Update
All new passwords require at least 1 special character.
Existing passwords without special character are still valid, but when they expire, the new password will need to meet the updated criteria.
Whether they change their password in the App or Desktop, or use the Trouble Solution, the updated criteria are required.

Add Patient with SuperBill
For users wishing to add a patient and do billing all in the same motion, the sequence of steps has changed.
Old version:
Search Enter Patient Data Superbill (patient not saved) put in diagnoses and charges return to Patient Data screen Press Add Patient button select from “Keep on Service” or “Auto-Discharge”
New version:
Search Enter Patient Data if press Superbill patient saved and taken to Superbill screen put in diagnoses and charges when leaving Charge Capture area (either using back button or using +Done button) select from “Keep on Service” or “Auto-Discharge”
Account Switching
For users who are in the Enterprise environment, if they have accounts in multiple sites, they can now toggle between sites automatically without having to log out and log back in.
In the Menu Settings: at the bottom of the screen it will list their accounts available for switching. Email address is the anchor which allows them to switch. So the email address must be the same in all sites for the user.
The current site will be indicated with an orange check mark.
Other sites will have a SWITCH button, which if tapped, will change their environment to that site.
