  1. Flag Abbreviations - each flag has the ability to display as a 6-character abbreviation instead of the letter
    1. abbreviations are optional
    2. if no abbreviation is set, it will display uppercase letter (ie, ~D)
    3. if abbreviation is set, it will display abbreviation in lowercase (ie, ~covid)
    4. all flags are now preceded by a "~" to make it more readable
    5. if there are combinations of flags with and without abbreviations, it will read as "~covid~F~medaid~S"
  2. Message Groups
    1. There are 2 types of groups: System and Custom
    2. The 3 System groups are: All Physicians, All NP/PAs, All Billers
    3. Custom groups can be named and members added without limitations or maximums
    4. Users can be in multiple Custom groups
    5. Message Groups are displayed when selecting recipients (mobile app) and composing message (desktop)
