1. Desktop Dashboard:
- Global provider assignments added to second panel
- Clickable region in third panel expanded to include blue bar
2. Provider Assignments added to desktop SuperBill, QuickBill, QuickEdit. Icon added to icon tray of each census. Clicking it opens popup window with assignments.
First column is total patients (in black), second column is new patients (in red).
3. Floors: If free text option selected because not on list, that option is automatically added to the list.
4. Referring Providers: If free text option selected because not on list, that option is automatically added to the list
5. Purple indicator:
- Used for placeholder charges
- Placeholder charges have the charge code set to “0” and can have any label (i.e., Intentionally Not Seen, APP Did Not See, In the OR)
6. Athena appointments
- Ability to view upcoming appointments in QuickDC screen
- Once appointments displayed, can designate KEEP or CANCEL for each appointment
- In Desktop > Discharge Report: view upcoming appointments and designation
