What's New?

  1. Updates to some DataMining reports.
  2. New secure tool for reporting issues related to a patient, without having to compromise HIPAA. In the HELP bar you can select a patient, describe the issue, and submit to HybridChart Support. Submissions automatically generate tickets in FreshService and the secure data can be retrieved in Darwin (our internal management tool, for the newcomers).
