What's New?
The only change was a bug fix for putting in charges "on the fly" (when you add a new patient, and do the billing as part of the new patient add process). The charges were being submitted whether or not the patient was ultimately saved. The correct behavior is that charges submitted are in a PENDING status until the patient is saved, and then the charges convert to RECEIVED status.
