How to Request Patient-Related Support

 

  1. In the bottom menu bar, click on the triangle next to HELP to expand the drop-up menu, and click REPORT AN ISSUE ABOUT A PATIENT

 

2. Search for the patient using the Patient Search Tool in the upper left corner of the screen. Uncheck the “Include Discharged Patients” box if you only want to search for patients who are currently active on the census.

3. Select the patient by clicking on their name.

4. On the right side of the screen, in the ISSUE area, describe the issue related to the patient in the field provided.

5. Click the SUBMIT ISSUE button at the bottom of the screen.

6. A support ticket will be generated and submitted to the HybridChart Support Team. A member of the team will reach out to you to follow up on the matter.
