New Features

  • The Census Manager option is now available on the mobile app in the Tools menu.
  • The Filter option is now available on the mobile app in the Tools menu.
  • A Settings button is now in the main menu; tapping this will route to user settings.


Improvements

  • SnapShot has been removed. Now, when using the SuperBill or QuickBill, a calendar picker is available at the top of the patient list.

o Change the date in the calendar picker to view the census on past dates.

o If you change the date to a date in the past and tap on a patient’s name to add a charge, the Date of Service will automatically update to the date selected in the calendar picker.  

  • Charge behavior in the SuperBill has been updated to reflect the most common user behavior.

o Tapping a Charge

PREVIOUS: User remains on the menu.

CURRENT: User is returned to the Charge Manager screen.

o Swiping a Charge left and tapping +Done

PREVIOUS: User is returned to the Charge Manager screen.

CURRENT: User is returned to the Census List.

o Swiping a Charge left and tapping +Back

PREVIOUS: User is returned to the Module Menu.

CURRENT: +Back is now titled +Stay; tapping this keeps the User on the same screen.

o Tapping DONE in the upper right corner

PREVIOUS: User is returned to the Charge Manager screen.

CURRENT: User is returned to the Census list.

  • SmartSearch has been improved.

o The search bar is now pinned to the subheader area and will not disappear when scrolling.

o Three characters are required for searching; this reduces the number of bad search results.

o Adding a diagnosis clears the search bar.

  • The census may now be sorted by Rounder. 
  • Slashes will autofill in the Date of Birth field.
  • In the Options menu, EHR is now called CHART.
