The Module and QuickList libraries allow you to load in pre-configured Charge modules and/or Diagnoses QuickLists.
Module Library
1. In the Administration area, hover over CHARGE SETUP and click MODULE LIBRARY.
2. Select the Category by clicking on it. The Modules contained in the Library will appear in the LIBRARY MODULES column. To view the details of a Module, click open the Sections in the DETAILS column to view the Items.
3. To load a Module into the SuperBill, hover over the Module and click +ADD.
QuickList Library
1. In the Administration area, hover over CHARGE SETUP and click QUICKLIST LIBRARY.
2. Select a QuickList Library by clicking it. Once you click on a Library, you can view the categories it contains in the CATEGORIES column. You may click on a Category to view what Diagnoses are in that Category; these will be displayed in the DIAGNOSIS column.
3. To import a Library, hover over it and click LOAD THIS LIBRARY.
4. Take note of the following warnings:
- You may only add one Library.
- This will erase any current Practice
QuickList you have set up
- This will erase any current QuickList Categories
you have set up
- This will erase any QuickLists imported by
all users
· This action cannot be undone
If you wish to proceed, click I UNDERSTAND AND WANT TO PROCEED and the Practice QuickList will be updated.
