Fixes

  • The option to attach charges to a selected EHR appointment has been added in Tickets.
  • Login settings display the correct date and time.
  • The “reply” function in the Message Inbox was not populating the “To” field correctly; this has been resolved.

Improvements

 

  • There is now an option in the Defaults section of the Account Settings page to set a preferred Dashboard upon login, e.g. Patients, Billing, etc.
  • All Dashboard pages have been updated to load faster.
  • “?” and “i” icons have been added to the Help pop-up menu for improved clarity.
  • The Queue Assigned report and Tickets Assigned report have been updated to include the option to sort by patient, date of service, date assigned, or processor (biller).
  • The Pre-Discharge report has been updated to include the option to sort by patient, location, or rounder.
  • The Discharge report has been updated to include the option to sort by patient, location, follow-up provider, discharge date (oldest to newest or newest-to-oldest) or follow up timeframe.
  • A “reply all” function has been added to Messages in the Message Inbox.
  • The “All Ticket Items” checkbox has been moved to the top of the Ticket Item editor screen.
