· ICD10 SEARCH: ICD10 SEARCH allows you to search for a Diagnosis using ICD-10 verbiage or an ICD-10 code. You may search for a specific term such as “acute combined systolic (congestive) and diastolic (congestive) heart failure”; this will return a very specific result. You may also search for a broader term such as “systolic heart failure”; this will return several results. Alternatively, you may search for a specific code such as “I50.41” which will return a very specific result or “I50” which will return several results.

Type the term into the KEYWORDS OR CODES field and click SEARCH. Click the + button to add the code.

· CODE LOADER: CODE LOADER allows you to load in multiple ICD-10 codes at one time.

Type the Code(s) into the Code Loader field separated by spaces and click +.
