The Queue and Ticket Search tools allow you to search for Charges, Tickets, and Ticket Items.
Queue Search
1. Navigate to Queue Search. Hover over the Search view in the Billing section and click QUEUE SEARCH or Click QUEUE-SEARCH, located on the bottom left screen in the Queue, Hold, and Tickets views.
2. Type the Patient’s name in the SEARCH field. Results will populate below as you type. You may search for any part of the Patient’s name.
3. Click the Patient’s name to view their Charges.
Ticket Search
It is helpful to remember that each Ticket is made up of one or more Ticket Items. Each Ticket Item (TI) contains one CPT code from a unique Date of Service. All Ticket and TIs are assigned a unique ID that may be searched later.
1. Navigate to Ticket Search. Hover over the Search view in the Billing section and click TICKET SEARCH or Click TICKET-SEARCH, located on the bottom left screen in the Queue, Hold, and Tickets views.
2. Type the Patient’s name (you may search for any part of the Patient’s name), EHR ID, Ticket number, or Ticket Item number in the SEARCH field. Results will populate below as you type.
3. Click the Patient’s name to view the Ticket. You may use the TICKET ACTIONS pop-up to re-push the Ticket if needed.
