The My Charges report displays all the Charges captured by you in a given date range. You may use this report to view the details about captured Charges.
1. From the Patients section, hover over Reports and click My Charges.
2. Set the date range by typing in the dates you wish to view or using the calendar picker. When the date range is selected, click FIND CHARGES.
3. Results will display below.
4. Use the SEARCH bar to search for a specific Patient, if needed. Results will populate as you type.
5. Click a column header to sort the results.
6. To view the details of a specific Charge, click on it. The Charge information will appear on the right side of the screen.
7. If a Charge is in RECEIVED status (meaning it has not been processed in the Billing area), you may delete the Charge from this report. To do so, click the DELETE CHARGE button.
