Message Central allows you to view the latest Secure Messages for Patients that are currently active on the Census.

From any section (Patients, Billing, Data-Mining, or Administration), hover over the Messages view and click Message Central.

The Message list on the left side of the screen displays Secure Messages from newest to oldest. To view a Message, click the Patient’s name in the Message list and the Message will appear on the right side of the screen.

If you need to see a Message for a specific Patient, type the Patient’s name in the SEARCH field. Results will populate as you type.
