Manage Inbox
1. From any section (Patients, Billing, Data-Mining, or Administration), hover over the Messages view and click Inbox.
2. Messages will appear on the left side of the screen. Unread messages will be indicated with a red star and an UNREAD notation. To view a Message, click on it.
3. The Message string will appear on the right side of the screen. To reply to a Message, click REPLY.
4. To archive a Message, click ARCHIVE.
5. You may search the Inbox by typing the Patient’s name in the SEARCH field, located at the top of the Message List. The list will update as you type.
Manage Sent Messages
1. From any section (Patients, Billing, Data-Mining, or Administration), hover over the Messages view and click Sent.
2. Messages will appear on the left side of the screen. Messages that the recipient has not read yet will be indicated with a red star and an UNREAD BY RECIPIENT notation. To view a Message, click on it.
3. The Message string will appear on the right side of the screen. To reply to a Message, click REPLY.
4. You may search Sent Messages by typing the Patient’s name in the SEARCH field, located at the top of the Message List. The list will update as you type.
Manage Archived Messages
1. From any section (Patients, Billing, Data-Mining, or Administration), hover over the Messages view and click Archived.
2. Archived Messages will appear on the left side of the screen. To view a Message, click it.
3. You may search the Inbox by typing the Patient’s name in the SEARCH field, located at the top of the Message List. The list will update as you type.
