QuickBill Layout
The QuickBill is structured with the list of Patients and Charges on the left side of the screen, and the Diagnoses tool on the right side of the screen.
· If the Patient has a GREEN bar to the left of their name, this means that you entered a charge for them today OR another Provider entered a charge for you today with you listed as the Primary Biller.
· If the Patient has an ORANGE bar to the left of their name, this means that another Provider entered a charge for them today.
· . If the Patient has a BLUE bar to the right of their name, this means that the patient is currently selected.
· If the Patient background is WHITE, this means that the Patient is active.
If the Patient background is MINT GREEN, this means that the Patient was discharged today. NOTE: Discharged Patients will drop off the list at midnight.
