The Tickets page allows you to turn Tickets on or off. To transfer Charges from HybridChart to your Practice’s EHR/EPM, Tickets must be set to Active. This is true for Practices that use the Tickets function AND Practices that use the Virtual Biller (the Virtual Biller auto-creates Tickets).

Tickets

1. From the Administration Section, hover over the EHR Setup View and click Tickets.  

2In order to turn on Tickets, you must have EHR Codes for all Locations and Providers. See HOW-TO GUIDE – Administration – EHR Setup – Providers and/or HOW-TO GUIDE – Administration – EHR Setup – Locations for more information.

 

Use the Status indicator to ensure that all EHR codes are in place. You must see green checkmarks in the Status section to turn Tickets on. If you see a red X, you must go to Locations/Providers to update the EHR Codes. 

 

3. To turn on Tickets, click TURN ON.


4. To turn off Tickets, click TURN OFF.
