1. Main Navigation
Navigate between Sections, view your Practice information, view your personal User account information, and maximize/minimize the screen.
2. View Navigation
Navigate between Views by clicking on the View you wish to access.
3. Quick Navigation
Use these links to add a Patient, search for a Patient, access Help documents, compose a Secure Message, or access the Secure Messaging Inbox.
4. View Locked Users
Locked Users will display in this column. You may unlock Users directly from this column.
5. View Licenses
The top graph displays the total number of active Physician licenses for the Practice, and the percentage of the active licenses that are in use.
The bottom graph displays the total number of active Midlevel licenses for the Practice, and the percentage of the active licenses that are in use.
6. Census At-A-Glance
The Census At-A-Glance allows you to view the total number of Patients on each Census, how many are new (RED box) and how many are discharged (GREEN box). Click the name of the Census to be taken to the Census for that facility.
7. QuickLinks, Tips, and Maintenance Notifications
Here, you can click to add a Patient, search for a Patient, and print the Census list. You can view the Tip of the Day. If there is any scheduled maintenance or planned downtime, this will be visible in the Maintenance window.
