The Pre-Discharge report displays Patients for whom the D Flag has been selected. The D flag is selected when Discharge instructions have been entered, but the Patient has not been Discharged from HybridChart yet.
Pre-Discharge Report
1. From the Data Mining section, hover over Discharge and click Pre-Discharge.
2. Set the Search Criteria. Use the Census or
Rounder drop-down menus to select a specific Census and/or Rounder. Use the
Sort By drop-down menu to sort the results by Patient, Location, or Rounder. When
you’ve selected your criteria, click RUN
REPORT.
3. To print or download the report, click PRINT/DOWNLOAD.
4. Click PRINT or DOWNLOAD in the pop-up, as appropriate. Downloaded reports will export to an Excel CSV file. Printed reports will open in a separate tab for printing.
5. Patients who meet the criteria will display in the Patient list. Select a Patient by clicking their name. The DISCHARGE tab will display the Patient’s Discharge Instructions.
6. If needed, you may click the NOTES tab to view or enter any notes.
7. To adjust the search criteria, click SHOW SEARCH CRITERIA.
