The Flags management tool allows you to assign, edit, and remove Flag labels for your Practice’s HybridChart site. You may also set Flags to an active or inactive status. You may adjust any Flag except the D Flag – this Flag is designated for Discharge Orders and cannot be used for anything else as it is associated with reports and other downstream workflows.
Manage Flags
1. From the Administration Section, click the Settings View.
2. Click the FLAGS management tool.
3. To assign or edit a Flag, hover over the Flag label you wish to assign/edit and click Edit.
4. Enter or change the label of the Flag. When you are done, click SAVE. NOTE: When adding a new Flag, it will not automatically be set to “active”.
5. To activate a Flag, toggle the Active button to the right. To inactivate a Flag, toggle the Activate button to the left.
