The QuickEdit view allows you to edit the Floor, Room Number, and History fields for all patients on a given Census quickly.


Edit Patient Information using QuickEdit

1. Navigate to the QuickEdit View by clicking QuickEdit.

2. The Census you are working on will display at the top of the Patient list. To change the Census, click the drop-down menu and click the name of the Census you wish to work on.

3. Update the appropriate information by clicking in the box and typing. Note that the box you are editing will be outlined in BLUE.

4. Click outside the box to save your work. There is no Save button. Continue scrolling down the page to edit any other Patients as needed.


Filter QuickEdit View

You may filter the QuickEdit View to make it more manageable.

1. Click the Filter Icon at the top of the list.

2. In the Filter Manager, click the item(s) you would like to filter by. You may filter by Rounder(s), Midlevel(s), and/or Flag(s). When you select the item(s), the FILTER icon will appear to the right of the item(s) selected.

3. To remove a filter in the Filter Manager, click the item(s) and the filter will be removed. You may click the “Remove All” button to remove all filters.

4. Once the Filter has been applied, the top white menu bar will display a FILTER ON indicator, and the Census leaf will turn ORANGE.
